Your contribution:
- Partner with process owners and key stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and document process improvement opportunities that increase productivity, efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction and/or reduce expenses and eliminate waste
- Identify and analyse processes (from end to end) in B2B space, measuring the KPIs and providing recommendation for improving efficiency with respect to time and cost
- Responsible for developing and implementing governance processes
- Guide the implementation of changes and ensure a smooth transition to new processes
- Model Lead-to-Cash processes and data using tools such as TIMS, ERP/SAP, CRM and PowerBI
- Act as a Business Analyst, Business Focal Point and Reporting expert
What makes you stand out:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in mobile telecom technologies and deployment
- An university degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable degree
- Comprehensive understanding of theories and practices about infrastructure operations and maintenance
- Strong relationship building skills with internal and external partners to support infrastructure deployment and solid communication skills
- Fluent German and English skills written and spoken (C1)
