We are seeking an ambitious and driven Executive Assistant to support the Chief Information Officer. As this is a newly created position, this allows one to make this role their own while working alongside a group of passionate industry professionals.
Your contribution:- Uses extensive experience to deliver duties in a positive manner under tight deadlines whilst building solid relationship with cross-functional and across all hierarchy level.
- Demonstrate extensive diary and calendar management, identifying and delivering the best course of action, in a timely ad professional manner trough applying experience.
- Ensure Group CIO full preparation for all meetings, including agenda preparation, pre read and follow-up actions, preparation of decision papers & resolutions.
- Requires a good understanding of practices and procedures, including, but not limited to travel arrangements, system approvals, expenses, purchasing orders and tracking annual spend and owns these activities for the team.
- Organizes the delegation from Group CIO into the various IT Leadership team funnels.
- Professional point of contact on behalf of Group CIOs internal and external visitors and Partners.
- Administration or related discipline with a focus on IT
- Overarching Knowledge in IT & Digital world to be able to speak the “Nerds language”.
- Deep experience in methods how to organize Executives workloads and steer the information streams (Calendars, Mail, Planner, Microsoft Suite, Onsite & Remote Conferences, …)
- Fluency in English. (Hungarian not required)
