Your contribution: 

  • Work closely with the Executive Board, Top Management, Corporate Finance, international entities and business units, especially the Head of Strategy & Business Transformation to support the transformation
  • Lead and support strategic and business transformation initiatives, projects, and programmes to enable costs and process optimisation in line with the Finance Transformation Strategy 
  • Support of specific initiatives related to the transformation (e.g. COGS) with representatives from the relevant functional areas based on lean principles 
  • Develop and execute workshops with business unit leaders and (senior) managers to drive alignment, synchronization, and simplicity across all transformation initiatives 
  • Support organizational change management efforts, build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially owners and suppliers, recognize transformation needs and obstacles early, and develop proposals to overcome them 
  • Work in a dynamic and complex environment, especially with CFO, collaborating with colleagues across multiple business units, country organizations, and business supporting functions around Europe 
  • Represent externally (e.g. suppliers, service providers, manufacturers) at a senior level when required  


What makes you stand out:

  • An university degree in the field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Natural Sciences or a comparable degree
  • Experience in telecommunications or digital incl. coverage of tower companies and business carve outs 
  • Experience in finance, procurement, supply chain management or similar experience e.g. in strategic or functional role in international matrix-organization 
  • Experience in business transformation and change projects within multi-disciplinary or cross-functional end-to-end change delivery 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, in particular alignment with key stakeholders on business value creation to engage, inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels  
  • Clear communication style necessary to effectively represent TowerCo to the Board and towards important external stakeholders 
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement background 
  • Fluent English (C1) and German (C1) skills, written and spoken
