Main Responsibilities:
SAR/ Candidate Search
- Contributes to the activities of searching for spaces suitable for renting for the placement of mobile communication towers.
- Negotiates and signs lease and purchase contracts for the spaces where communication systems are located (radio stations, ISS ports, fiber optic cables, Femto, WIFI).
- Negotiates and ensures the renewal of existing lease contracts, while aiming to reduce the monthly rent rate.
- Supervises and controls the registration in specific information systems of all notifications and current correspondence with owners/public authorities, ensuring their resolution and timely response to maintain partnership relations.
- Supervises and controls the archiving of contracts within the area of responsibility.
Ideal Candidate:
- High school graduate, preferably with higher education.
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (negotiation, contracting, Site Acquisition).
- Digital skills: Excel, Powerpoint.
- Driving license: Cat.
- (preferably) knowledge of the company's reporting system architecture.
- (preferably) business knowledge regarding the company's product and service portfolio.
- (preferably) knowledge of the company's operational ordering processes.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Accuracy in processing and interpreting results.
- Organized in reasoning, structured thinking, and presentation.
