Your contribution:
- Maintain the project status query in the internal database after consultation with partners to create a weekly overview of construction projects
- Prepare extracts of the status query for project and group leaders
- You are responsible for coordinating the agreed planning services with construction and project managers as well as with the client
- Prepare the weekly exchange between Acquisition, Deployment and Planning to jointly discuss project progress
- Ensure the efficiency and adherence to deadlines of the projects in the planning phase using milestone chains and the agreed SLAs of the planning offices
- Commissioning of the draft planning (EP) / execution planning (AP) to the subcontractors as well as their deadline control
What makes you stand out:
- First experience in the mobile communications sector
- Commercial or technical education with degree or apprenticeship
- Basic knowledge of building application procedures (Bauantragsverfahren)
- Basic knowledge of MF Office products
- Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) skills written and spoken
