Our Regional Deployment team leads the end-to-end execution of mobile infrastructure projects across Germany. You drive the expansion and modernization of our tower network through effective planning, resource management, and process optimization.

Your Responsibilities:
- Network Expansion & Project Execution: You drive the expansion of mobile tower networks across Germany and take full ownership of regional new build, modification, dismantling, and replacement projects.
- Project Planning & Resource Management: You independently design project schedules, set deadlines, steer resources, and manage databases and calendars.
- Budget Planning & Financial Control: You plan necessary project budgets, align closely with financial planning, and continuously monitor expenses.
- Reporting, Analytics & Reporting Automation: You ensure the automated delivery of standard reports, standardize data requirements, and perform ad-hoc evaluations and specialized analyses.
- Process Optimization & External Partner Management: You evaluate and optimize existing processes for new technologies, lead external partners and service providers, and remain open to occasional business travel.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: Successfully completed degree in a technical field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT) or a natural science discipline (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics), or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional Experience: Solid experience in infrastructure planning, deployment, or project management, ideally gained within the telecommunications industry.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the market environment, legal, and technological trends, alongside strong expertise in implementation processes and managing external project service providers.
- Soft Skills: Structured and results-oriented approach, willingness to undertake occasional business travel, and strong capabilities in partner management and collaborative development.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (B1 level) in both written and spoken communication.
For this role you can choose between nationwide locations across Germany.
