Your reponsibilities

You proactively drive down incidents, problems, trouble tickets, and service request trends while managing resources and key stakeholders effectively

You perform day-to-day L2 support, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting for vital IT applications like CRM, ERP, billing systems, and API gateways

You handle incident management, problem resolution, configuration changes, batch processing, and health checks to ensure systems consistently operate at optimum levels

You identify opportunities for automation, drive efficiency through process improvements to reduce costs, and deliver significant enhancements against operational KPIs

You actively participate in WAR ROOM investigations and lead technical roadmap creation through capacity planning and hardware assessments

You are responsible for Capacity Planning & Hardware Assessment and able to create technical roadmap for the product

You participate in periodic meetings with support teams and suppliers on various aspects like performance, SLA/KPIs, issues, and escalations
Your Profile

Must have strong experience in IT networks, system administration, cloud experience (e.g. AWS, GCP); Experience with reporting frameworks such as Apache Superset is nice to have
- Strong administration experience of salesforce lightning platform including SalesForce applications (CPQ, CLM, CRM)
- Good knowledge of Linux system administration and networking fundamentals
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, etc.)
- REST API Troubleshooting or Development experience
- Experience and familiarity with SQL and Relational Databases
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
