Your contribution: 

  • You are responsible for coaching new suppliers in the onboarding process in the area of processes, guidelines and tools
  • Collaboration on cross-departmental projects and topics in the area of quality assurance
  • Collaboration in the further development of processes, structures and methods in the area of quality assurance for telecommunications sites
  • Coordination of all acceptance activities to ensure compliance with quality standards for new construction and conversion measures at Vantage Towers' telecommunications sites
  • Support with the approval of new suppliers
  • Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of supplier audits throughout Germany, including controlling of measures
  • Supporting the specialist departments as a competent contact for all quality-related topics

 

What makes you stand out:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in the fields of telecommunications, infrastructure in building construction, technical building equipment (TGA), quality assurance and technical testing procedures, supplier management and development, among others
  • A completed technical degree, technician or comparable qualification
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the processes and workflows in the area of deployment 
  • Several years of experience in the area of technical acceptance, construction site meetings, construction site inspections, supplier complaints and supplier audits
  • Several years of experience in conducting and moderating cross-departmental meetings
  • Several years of application experience in MS Office 365, experience with database information and project management tools (user competence)
  • Strong quality awareness, high team spirit, strong communication skills, high flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent German (C1) and (very) good written and spoken English skills (B2) 
  • Driving license class B
