Your contribution:
- You coordinate and communicate with network operators, property owners, and construction managers to ensure alignment at shared mobile network sites.
- You negotiate and manage contracts, including site usage agreements, cost proposals, and permits for construction and conversion projects.
- You monitor projects, ensure adherence to budgets, deadlines, and SLAs, and maintain a clear project overview.
- You evaluate sites with regard to ownership and usage rights, as well as their technical and economic feasibility.
- You handle permitting processes, request necessary documents, and follow up on official approvals.
- You maintain project documentation in customer-specific systems and participate in technical workshops and interdisciplinary working groups.
What makes you stand out:
- You have solid knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, especially in the area of shared mobile network sites and coordination between network operators.
- You have experience in contract management, including the evaluation of technical concepts, cost proposals, and usage agreements.
- You work analytically and conceptually, apply project management methods, and maintain oversight even under pressure in complex multi-stakeholder projects.
- You communicate and negotiate confidently with various stakeholders such as network operators, property owners, and construction managers, and resolve conflicts in a solution-oriented manner.
- You are familiar with technical documents such as site plans, structural analyses, and radio-technical information, as well as the relevant legal framework.
- You have very good German and good English language skills.
