- You act as the interface between Operations and our customers.
- You create and validate business cases.
- You prepare the implementation of new services.
- You track and ensure that customer- and contract-specific commitments and key performance indicators are met (Post-Sales Delivery Management).
- You ensure that revenue targets, relevant market shares, and net margin contributions are achieved.
- You build strong customer relationships to identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
- A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in telecommunications or related industries (marketing, finance, strategy, consulting)
- Experience in project management
- Ideally, experience in strategy and business development in the telecommunications sector and/or in strategic key account management
- A high sense of quality and responsibility, as well as the ability to present complex topics and relationships in engaging presentations
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (C1 level according to CEFR)
