Your contribution:
- You independently send out (legally compliant) invitations in consultation with the Works Council chair
- You prepare meetings (Works Council, Works Committee, Personnel Committee) with the corresponding (legally compliant) agendas and attendance lists in consultation with the respective committee chairs
- You write minutes and process incoming mail as well as necessary correspondence
- You support the worker's council chair in preparing the accountability report
- You create presentations for worker's council meetings and, if necessary, other events
What makes you stand out:
- Successfully passed vocational business school as well as 5 years of experience in personal assistant matters
- The ability to correctly assess, prioritise, and forward cases to the worker's council, specifically the chair
- Basic understanding of legal matters, specifically relating to industrial relations law (Betriebsverfassungsgesetz: BetrVG)
- High levels of trustworthiness, confidentiality, and reliability paired with excellent organisational skills
- Very good English skills both verbally and in writing (C1 level)
