Your contribution:
Follow up on actions, setup of structures and governance, constantly looking for potentials for optimization
Cluster strategic initiatives
Interface and relationship management to other departments, stakeholders or external parties
Interface to HR with regard to onboarding new employees, definition of business needs related to HR
Preparation, briefing and de-briefing of C-Level meetings, especially shareholder meetings or ExCo meetings
Setup of a consistent communication structure
Prepare, facilitate and follow up of weekly technology teams meeting, including the preparation of the team meeting agenda, meeting minutes, action points
Preparation of presentations
Guarantee an overview on all current to do's and action points in a structured manner
Prioritize tasks and meetings
Establish a governance structure for all interfaces related to the COO (leading the PA)

- Outstanding communication skills
- University degree in Economics, Engineering or similar
- 3 years of professional experience in a similar role and with a corporate background with focus on operations, support functions and governance
- Proven track record in contributing to organisational change
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of basic user programmes (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent both in English and German
