Your contribution:
- Coordination of technical and organisational matters between network operators for shared mobile infrastructure sites
- Act as the primary point of contact for operators, property owners, and construction managers, ensuring all parties are aligned
- Evaluation and handling of proposed sites, including ownership and usage rights
- Managing and negotiating contracts, including site usage agreements, cost proposals, and approvals for construction or conversion projects
- Requesting and reviewing essential documents like plans, structural analyses, and radio-technical information
- Coordinating the submission and follow-up on required permits and approvals
- Ensuring compliance with existing agreements and project budgets
- Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date documentation of projects in customer-specific databases
- Preparing site-related cost offers and usage agreements and assessing their technical and economic feasibility
What makes you stand out:
- Completed education in a commercial or technical field (or a comparable qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in telecommunications, with specific experience in coordinating co-usage agreements preferred
- Technical understanding of construction plans and structural analyses in telecommunications
- Experience with project documentation and legal contracts related to site usage and construction
- Familiarity with technical standards and current legal frameworks in the telecom sector
- Willingness to travel within designated regions and a valid driving license (Class B)
