Your ContributionReports to: Head of Energy Management
Role Purpose: To drive the implementation of energy programs across all Vantage Towers markets.
- Project leadership for specific projects throughout the project lifecycle, accountable for quality and on-time/in-budget execution and outcome delivery
- Define the program structure, set objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements quantified with metrics
- Project team leadership, including coordinating, leading, and supporting internal and external project teams in an agile setup
- Senior content expertise in energy projects and energy management, including power supply connections and energy billing management
- Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance across all projects
- Create, communicate, and manage budgets for projects
- Develop and share best practice insights with the local TowerCos for energy programs
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field
- At least 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in energy management, telecommunications, property management, or the infrastructure sector
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least C1 level). Good knowledge of German is an advantage
- Extensive experience in program management and implementation of energy projects
- Strong stakeholder and conflict management skills
- Strong analytical thinking, risk management, and a can-do approach
