Your contribution:
- You are responsible for leading the deployment and ongoing compliance with ISO 50001 across local TowerCos
- Prepare, implement, and monitor internal and external audits for the certification and maintenance of the management system
- Define and report against technology KPIs, manage energy related training courses and drive employee engagement
- Responsibility for the continuous improvement of the ISO 50001 standards
- Leading and managing the technology related ESG data and KPIs for internal and external reporting across local TowerCos
- Proactively driving the global exchange between the local TowerCos in terms of energy management system
What makes you stand out:
- At least 5 years of professional experience, at least 2 years of them in energy management in the energy services, telecommunications, property management or infrastructure sector
- An university degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a comparable degree
- Experience in managing ISO 50001 development, implementation, and monitoring
- Experience with data analytics and KPIs reporting
- Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English skills written and spoken (C1), German skills are an advantage
