Your contribution:
- You accompany our transformation journey by supporting us in the introduction of new processes and tools.
- Carry out process analyses and optimizations together with the specialist departments and provide support in the development of tool-based solutions.
- Together with your team, you support the introduction of new processes and IT systems and are responsible for the preparation and creation of training documents.
- You support us in project management and work together with different teams in an interdisciplinary and cross-departmental way.
What makes you stand out:
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in the field business administration, business informatics, computer science or a comparable course of study
- Some experience in the area of transformation, IT-transformation or digitization or the ambition to gain experience in this area
- Enjoy working in a team and good communication skills
- Structured personality and good organizational skills
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills written and spoken
