Your contribution: 

  • Leadership and Management of assigned resources  
  • Responsible for ensuring efficient operations and maintenance processes while continuously improving maintenance workflows 
  • Interaction with Deployment internal and external departments to secure that deployed sites reach internal and external handover to operations  
  • Establish processes and routines with internal operations and maintenance organization to monitor post deployment SLA and KPI management   
  • Act as interface between the deployment delivery organization and the internal and external operational departments  
  • Management of external providers in the areas of maintenance and fault management
  • Ensure that operational workflows are defined and updated as per needs, ensure KPI and SLA continuous improvement to fulfill contractual obligations
  • Monitoring and ensuring adherence to budget constraints within the maintenance sector
  • Providing technical and financial performance insights to senior management


What makes you stand out:

  • 10 years of professional technical experience in the field of telecommunications technology, service, project or program management   
  • 5 years of professional experience in the field of infrastructure projects in telecommunication  
  • More than 3 years leadership experience
  • An university degree in engineering with focus on communications engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification  
  • Conceptual as well as analytical thinking and working, experience in the application of project management techniques
  • Self-driven and self-solving personality, keen in running projects successfully 
  • Fluent English and German skills, spoken and written (C1)
