Your contribution:

Lead Project Delivery: You independently plan and manage the deployment and acquisition steering of partner companies for infrastructure measures, focusing on special requirements in railway environments (open areas, tunnels, and stations)

Strategic Compliance & Execution: You ensure the infrastructural expansion of MIG (Mobilfunkinfrastrukturgesellschaft) subsidized White-Spot locations (mast, power, fiber), applying expert knowledge of all relevant MIG legislation, administrative regulations, ordinances, and guidelines for construction projects

Team Leadership & Project Steering: You provide deputy technical leadership for the entire project team, directing the build-up and expansion of infrastructure while optimizing against set quantity, time, and budget goals

Project Management & Budget Control: You independently create and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource management to efficiently implement and achieve quantity, time, and budget targets

Quality & Handoff Management: You oversee, accept, and hand over construction and integration services to network operations on time and within quality, observing relevant processes and regulations

Innovation & Technology Integration: You drive the integration and development of new technologies and project-specific special solutions, including developing suitable methods for Neutral Host, aDAS, Small Cells, and site energy supply

Process Optimization: You initiate and implement process improvements within the scope of special projects.
What makes you stand out:

Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility within the telecommunications sector

Technical/Business Education: A successfully completed university degree in a technical or business field (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or a comparable qualification

Project Leadership Mastery: Proven experience in leading project teams and exceptional project management competence

Infrastructure Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the construction/conversion of telecommunications systems and infrastructure

Process & Deployment Knowledge: Very good knowledge of deployment processes and adjacent specialist areas

Communication & Negotiation: Strong presentation techniques, representation skills, and negotiation prowess

Language Skills: Negotiation-fluent German (C1/native-level) and excellent English skills (written and spoken)
