- Interface to customer for all related and agreed services
- Making sure customer is delivering to their commitments
- Align Customer commitments with head of planning and the different streams ( new build, upgrades, red / replacement etc)
- Spoc for commercial/legal agreements for our production lines (in case needed you will align with Sales or conract mgt)
- Aligning the targets / forecasts / escalations between production lines and customerresponsible for preparing the steerco slides
- Spoc for aligning data (data consistency)between customer and VT (input can come from Customer or PMO)Customer advocate
- Supporting Sales in discussion with Vodafone.
- A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 10 years of professional experience in telecommunications or related industries (marketing, finance, strategy, consulting)
- Experience in Costumer Delivery or Service Delivery & project management
- Experience with complex Data management
- Ideally, experience in strategy and business development in the telecommunications sector and/or in strategic key account management
- A high sense of quality and responsibility, as well as the ability to present complex topics and relationships in engaging presentations
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (C1 level according to CEFR)
