Your contribution:

Strategic Leadership: Define and own the global Health & Safety (H&S) strategy, ensuring it is perfectly aligned with our ambitious ESG commitments and overarching business objectives

Functional Excellence: Provide visionary leadership to H&S managers across all markets, fostering a culture of excellence and a "zero-harm" mindset throughout the organization

Risk & Framework Management: Establish a unified global framework to identify, mitigate, and monitor risks across the entire asset lifecycle while maintaining top-tier ISO certifications

Operational Oversight: Oversee global reporting and KPIs, acting as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and ensuring rapid implementation of corrective actions

Sustainability Integration: Directly support our ESG pillars by integrating climate-related risks and contractor sustainability into H&S frameworks, providing validated data for global reporting

Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate high-impact partnerships with regulators, NGOs, and authorities to shape the future of safety standards in the industry

Digital Innovation: Drive performance by leveraging digital tools and innovative solutions to enhance safety protocols and monitoring capabilities.
What makes you stand out:

Educational Background: University degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field

Industry Expertise: Extensive professional knowledge of the Telco, TowerCo, or broader infrastructure industry

Regulatory Mastery: Deep understanding of international guidelines, environmental management standards, and WHO protection protocols for the public and workers

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence results with partners, top management, NGOs, and public authorities

Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills (C1 level)

Transformation Mindset: Experience in driving organizational change toward safety-first cultures and sustainable operational practices

Analytical Proficiency: Strong capability in overseeing complex global reporting, major risk assessments, and KPI tracking.
