Your contribution:

You define and optimize digital business capabilities and roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.

Act as the visionary Product Owner for ServiceNow, managing roadmaps, releases, and value.

Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating technical specs into business value.

Provide cross-functional governance for ServiceNow, ensuring stability and smooth operations.

Lead the interface between Business, IT, and Security, facilitating high-level decision-making.

Represent Vantage Towers as the primary strategic counterpart to SaaS vendors and integrators.

Drive digital transformation by embedding platform enhancements into business processes.
What makes you stand out:
- Extensive experience steering external SaaS providers and system integrators.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid project management frameworks.
- Sound understanding of modern IT architectures, cloud platforms, and APIs.
- High methodological and social competencies to drive cross-functional authority.
- A university degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English skills (C1 level) in both written and spoken form.
- Ability to prepare complex decision papers and impact assessments for management.
