Your contribution:

You provide accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial information for internal and external reporting or audits

You manage the Group S4GR consolidation process and consolidated financial reporting within S4GR, including the setup and maintenance of S4GR hierarchy, COA, automated and manual processes, and reporting

You provide technical SAP and S4GR support for continuous financial reporting, SAP-related projects, and improvement initiatives in relation to financial accounting

You provide technical guidance and decision-making into routine journals required during the period end process (e.g. month end accruals, provisions, deferrals) as well as non-routine transactions

You support escalations between shared services and relevant business areas on financial accounting matters, setting out new guidance and clarifications on accounting policies

You provide ad hoc support to and collaborate with all internal stakeholders to produce annual report and accounts and other management reporting

You identify opportunities to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and consolidation via automation or other viable options
What makes you stand out:
- Formal qualification in accounting, finance, or a similar field
- 6 years+ experience in blue chip Finance departments / Shared Service Centres
- Knowledge of IFRS and application to Telecommunications and/or Infrastructure business
- Technical and operational experience of SAP/S4GR/Hyperion reporting and consolidation processes, including master data management
- Strong financial skills with passion for effective control environment
- English language at B2 level or higher
