Your contribution-
You monitor changes made to the Master Service Agreement (MSA)

You support Assurance of complete & accurate billing performed on a monthly/quarterly basis

You report on the effectiveness of the cash collection process, including measurement of KPIs such as claims handling and dispute resolution

You respond to business enquiries and build effective relationships across functional boundaries

You provide input to the development of the process roadmap to define the TowerCo C2C process model, with focus on process standardisation and meeting control compliance

You maintain an understanding of industry trends relative to margin assurance processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of billing across the TowerCo business

You support with Management Information (MI), value added services, and month end revenue reporting
- University of Applied Sciences/University degree in Finance or Accounting
- In-depth knowledge in the areas of Audit and Accounting
- Experience in Finance project management
- Good knowledge of the telecommunications industry and telecommunications infrastructure is a great advantage
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounting or in the Finance area
- English and German: C1 - fluent in written and speaking
