Your contribution:- Manage vendor onboarding, including data entry and compliance checks
- Prepare and execute vendor payments via banking platforms/Payment forecast
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and documentation
- Record and monitor PO invoices/withholding tax, and perform reconciliations
- Record monthly rent entries and process landlord invoices
- Submit lease declarations via Taxisnet
- Assist in monthly closing procedures and reporting
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support statutory/reporting audits

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field

2–4 years of experience in accounting

Knowledge of Greek tax law and accounting standards

Familiarity with Greek tax systems (e.g., Taxisnet) and IFRS

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Business fluent English
