Your contribution:
- Execution of the Vantage Towers strategy to drive business success
- Establishing opportunities with landlords through telephone, email, or other effective communication channels
- Preparing and presenting purchase offers to landlords professionally and persuasively
- Managing external service providers to achieve both corporate and individual targets
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with landlords by understanding their needs and fostering cooperation
- Acting as a key point of contact for the German site acquisition team to identify and support new opportunities
What makes you stand out:
- Completed apprenticeship as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or a comparable sales qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or the real estate industry
- Extensive knowledge of the real estate sector and its dynamics
- Solid experience in managing vendors or networks of agencies and teams in the real estate field
- Experience in negotiating and managing framework agreements with landlords
- Proficiency in various negotiation tools and tactics to effectively convince landlords
- Willingness to travel as required by the role
- Fluent English and German skills, written and spoken (C1)
