Your contribution:

You have end to end accountability for the respective region, such as Occupational Health & Safety of the employees as well as quality of service and operations in line with local legal and regulatory requirements

You act as a strong people leader in the region responsible for the whole delivery chain (acquisition/deployment/permitting)

You manage the regional team to ensure the organisation achieves strategic goals and objectives while delivering operational efficiencies through process simplification and harmonisation

You support the implementation of TowerCo strategy at regional level and support the digitalisation efforts including the associated business transformation aspects

On behalf of the company you communicate with local regulatory entities
What makes you stand out:

Completed University Degree or a similar level of education

Extensive relevant experience at management level in the telecommunications market and deep knowledge of the strategic shifts on the horizon in terms of technologies and deployment

Excellent customer management skills in a B2B environment

Strong spoken and written communication skills in both German & English language

Experience in managing a team through change successfully with demonstrated leadership skills

Adept at managing and negotiating with external stakeholders (e.g. local political authorities)
