Your contribution:
- You are responsible for timely defect rectification in compliance with an existing budget framework
- Control the processing of defect tickets with the help of service providers (inception partners)
- Independently manage the service providers (inception partners, executing companies) through regular status meetings
- Evaluate existing defects according to a catalog of defects
- Check and approve service provider offers
- Maintain the interface to the main contact partners Field Service and Property Management
- Carry out sporadic site inspections to check the infrastructure
What makes you stand out:
- At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the telecommunications industry, steel or electrical trade
- Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Broad knowledge in telecommunication technologies and deployment projects
- Experience regarding infrastructure at mobile communications sites as well as in supplier- and project-management
- Extensive knowledge in process management
- Good analytical skills
- Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills written and spoken
