Your contribution:

You drive the end-to-end technical site operations and property management, ensuring all infrastructure processes meet strict KPI and SLA requirements

You act as the primary interface between technical teams and field services, managing complex escalations to ensure rapid problem resolution

You optimise operational workflows by analyzing technical metrics and implementing process improvements in our systems

You oversee daily business operations, handling technical inquiries and collaborating across departments to maintain network stability

You manage vendor quality and performance by conducting professional assessments of external service providers and supporting tender activities

You support the implementation of innovative technical standards and digital tools to enhance infrastructure development strategies

You contribute to sustainability-focused growth by ensuring efficient resource management across all assigned tower locations
What makes you stand out:

Technical vocational training or a degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Facility Management

Professional experience in infrastructure management, specifically within technical property or site operations
-
Strong proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2/C1) to thrive in our multicultural environment.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting

Hands-on experience with technical tools such as One View, LIRA, or ITSM/ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira
-
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, comfortable acting as a bridge between internal and external stakeholders

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to take full responsibility for complex technical processes.
