Your contribution:

You lead the upgrade stream in cooperation with internal and external employees in order to cover the entire scope of services from standard acquisition, site approvals including co-usage approvals of the nationwide distributed sites

You are responsible for the Customer Management Interface at the operational level regarding the delivery of the project, and support the Commercial team in any potential negotiations

You implement strategic requirements, leveraging existing processes and tools and synergies with the existing German Delivery organisation as far as possible

You actively make decisions to improve operational performance in fulfilment of customer requirements

You have the final accountability in managing the collaboration with the main partners engaged in the project to ensure the delivery is in accordance with the reviewed Business Case, CAPEX, and OPEX
- You confidently act as a change agent internally as well as with our external partners to Clevel internally and externally
What makes you stand out:

At least 15 years of professional experience in the field of infrastructure projects in the telecommunications industry, at least 5 years in management functions

Completed university degree or comparable qualification

Proven experience in a leading role in Network Rollout

Very good experience in professional project management and customer negotiations

Fluent English and German skills (spoken and written)
