Your contribution:
- Develop and lead Finance-specific transformation projects across TopCo and local markets
- Define E2E Finance processes with roles & responsibilities including system and organization
- Lead and implement Projects (Cost Management)
- Lead international cross functional and agile teams, establish tribe leaders for each function and regular work groups
- Identify best practices on LM levels and establish a proactive sharing culture; optimize processes based on those findings, create a self-improving process system (feedback loops)
- Development of an integrated Cost/margin assurance programme for Vantage Towers; incl. process roadmap, process models, standardization roadmaps, governance model, KPI sets and assure value creation and compliance
- Fit4Growth campaign developing and implementing over all markets as above
What makes you stand out:
- At least 5 years of professional experience as executive senior project manager of challenging projects with Senior Stakeholders
- An university degree with a good GPA with focus on Business, Finance or Strategy
- Leadership experience, preferably in an international experience
- Finance experience, with focus on FP&A, FinOps, Taxes and/or other areas, both, on operational and strategic levels
- In-depth understanding of the TowerCo industry & the financials behind it, incl. main drivers, leavers and KPIs
- English and German on C1 level, preferably another language
