Your contribution:
- You support the Managing Director in day-to-day business with coordination and organisational tasks
- Responsibility for scheduling, agreeing on and following up on appointments as well as resource planning
- Plan business trips and prepare travel expense reports
- Taking on special projects
What makes you stand out:
- At least 5 years of professional experience as Managing Director Personal Assistant or C-Level PA
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable degree
- High level of organisational talent and service orientation
- Empathy and a strong sense of trustworthiness
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent German and English (C1) skills written and spoken
