Your contribution: 

  • You support the Managing Director in day-to-day business with coordination and organisational tasks
  • Responsibility for scheduling, agreeing on and following up on appointments as well as resource planning
  • Plan business trips and prepare travel expense reports
  • Taking on special projects

 

What makes you stand out:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as Managing Director Personal Assistant or C-Level PA
  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable degree
  • High level of organisational talent and service orientation
  • Empathy and a strong sense of trustworthiness
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluent German and English (C1) skills written and spoken
