What makes you stand out- University Degree or currently pursuing a degree or in the final year of study, preferably in Public Administration, Business Administration, Law or similar.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong interest in Contract management and Real Estate.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and suggest data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to details.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assist in analyzing contracts to ensure they align with company policies and meet legal requirements.
- Help extract and document important information from contracts for easy reference and reporting.
- Update Excel databases regularly with the latest information to ensure records remain accurate and organized.
- Provide general support to the team, such as preparing reports or conducting research, to aid in the smooth management of contracts.
- Help manage and organize contract files, ensuring all relevant documents are accessible and up to date.
- Support the team by assisting in identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to contracts.
- Part-time job of 6h, determined period of 6 months.
