Your contribution:
- You are responsible for leading and mentoring the IT Service Delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement towards our digital transformation
- Developing and utilising the full innovation potential of the IT Service Delivery team to increase operational efficiency and automation
- Managing the lifecycle of our strategic IT platforms (Force.com, SiteTracker, ServiceNow, AWS, GCP), from implementation to decommissioning
- Overseeing the execution of IT programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Engaging with business stakeholders and SteerCos to align IT initiatives with organizational goals and priorities
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT service delivery, ensuring continuity and reliability of services
- Drive the transition from silo thinking to an end-to-end view where IT is not only responsible for technical execution and maintenance, but also for strategic planning to grow the business
What makes you stand out:
- At least 8 years of professional experience in project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum, ensuring successful delivery of complex IT projects and programs
- An university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- A proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire a diverse IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Innovative thinking and readiness for change to drive the continuous transformation of digitisation
- A deep understanding of strategic IT platforms such as Force.com, SiteTracker, ServiceNow, AWS, and GCP, including their implementation and lifecycle management.
- Strong skills in engaging and managing relationships with business stakeholders and steering committees, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives
- Ability to have an end-to-end view to utilise IT measures to increase business success
- Fluent English skills written and spoken (C1), German skills are an advantage
