Your contribution:
- You are taking over the project leadership for specific projects throughout the project lifecycle, accountable for quality and on-time/ in-budget execution and outcome delivery
- Define the program structure, set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics
- Project team leadership including coordinating, leading and supporting internal and external project teams in an agile team set up
- Senior content expertise in energy projects and energy management including power supply connections delivery and on-site generation
- Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects
What makes you stand out:
- At least 7 years of professional experience, of which at least 3 years in energy management, telecommunications, property management or infrastructure sector
- An university degree in in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong analytical thinking, risk management and can-do approach
- Extensive experience in program management and implementation of energy projects
- Fluent German and English (C1) skills written and spoken
