Your contribution:
- You are going to prepare corporate documents, such as shareholder resolutions
- You are going to support in the preparation of board meetings
- You are going to support in organizing shareholder meetings
- You are going to organize suppliers for shareholder meetings
What makes you stand out:
- Enrolled in law or similar classes at a German university/college
- Interested in the in-house legal work with a corporate focus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, in a well-structured manner, and with a high attention to detail and also with the appropriate level of confidentiality
- Fluent German and English skills written and spoken
