Your contribution:

You prepare corporate documents, such as shareholder resolutions

You assist in the preparation of committee meetings

You support the organisation of the General Assembly

You organize suppliers for the General Assembly

You conduct legal research, especially in the areas of corporate and stock corporation law

You attend notary appointments for corporate law matters

You assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) inquiries and audits
What makes you stand out:

You are currently enrolled in a law or similar degree program at a German university or college

You are interested in legal work in an international company with a focus on corporate law

You possess excellent organizational skills, even in a dynamic and demanding environment

You have the ability to work independently and in a structured manner with a high degree of attention to detail and appropriate confidentiality

You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English
