Your Responsibilities:

You analyse business demand and conduct market analysis to identify best-fit suppliers

You manage internal stakeholders and guide them through the end-to-end sourcing process

You drive sourcing projects and lead complex, high-value negotiations

You develop commercial contracts and ensure alignment with business targets and KPIs

You monitor and manage contract-related performance metrics

You build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with suppliers and stakeholders across multiple management levels

You continuously challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, governance, and efficiency
Your Profile

At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management / Procurement, ideally in an IT environment

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar

Strong understanding of category management, sourcing strategies, and procurement processes

Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder environments

High level of ownership, accountability, and customer orientation

Fluent English and German (C1 level)
