Your Responsibilities:
- Global Communication Alignment: You support and strengthen external communications for Vantage Towers Group while partnering with local markets to drive consistent positioning and unified messaging.
- Reputation Management & Strategy: You execute an impactful external communications strategy to build trust, protect corporate reputation, and boost visibility across media, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Spokesperson & Media Relations: You act as a corporate spokesperson, managing inquiries from journalists and media outlets while cultivating strong relationships with industry contacts.
- Content Creation: You produce compelling, audience-focused communications materials, including press releases, media statements, speeches, Q&As, briefing documents, videos, and social media content.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: You hold a university degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: You bring several years of experience in external communications, corporate communications, media relations, or public relations, ideally gained within an international company or agency environment.
- Technical Skills: You have strong digital skills, writing excellence for turning complex topics into clear messaging, and a solid understanding of media landscapes, stakeholder management, and reputation building (knowledge of the telecoms or digital infrastructure industry is nice to have).
- Soft Skills: You possess confident communication and presentation skills, strategic mindset, hands-on mentality, and the ability to advise senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English and have native-level German skills, both spoken and written.
