Our HR Operations department drives the digital evolution, governance, and seamless service delivery of our human resources systems and processes across Europe. We optimize HR service models, safeguard data integrity, and implement scalable system enhancements to empower our workforce and business strategy.

Your Responsibilities:
- Systems Strategy & Roadmap Governance: You govern the HR systems roadmap in alignment with our HR strategy and business priorities, steering technical delivery and project coordination across markets.
- Reward Cycles & Operational Execution: You lead the operational delivery and planning of core cyclical processes, such as the Annual Salary Review and Bonus Payout, with high analytical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement: You drive end-to-end HR process simplification, standardization, and automation to eliminate operational pain points and elevate the manager and employee experience.
- Data Governance & Compliance: You ensure robust governance for HR data, controls, system access, and compliance standards in close collaboration with operational and technical teams.
- Service Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration: You manage the international HR service delivery model by fostering strong cross-functional partnerships with internal HR teams, Shared Service Centres, and Vodafone People Services.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: University degree required, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Several years of relevant HR experience required, with strong exposure to HR Operations and the operational delivery of complex Reward and compensation processes (ideally including annual salary review and bonus payout).
- Technical Skills: A solid understanding of HR systems, digital HR solutions, systems governance, and strong numerical capability with complex HR data are required.
- Soft Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and execution skills to manage time-critical priorities, paired with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities in multicultural environments.
- Language Proficiency: Business fluent English skills (C1 according to CEFR) and professional German language skills (minimum B2 according to CEFR) are required.
At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
