Your Responsibilities:
- Grid Connection Application & DSO Management: You apply for grid connections with DSOs across Germany, evaluate connection offers technically and commercially, and actively follow up to expedite pending approvals.
- Project & Budget Management: You manage project communications and budgets, taking full accountability for quality, on-time, and in-budget delivery.
- Data Analytics & Process Improvement: You analyze operational metrics, maintain inventory and process data in internal tools, and drive measurable performance improvements.
- Stakeholder & Technical Alignment: You engage directly with DSOs, contractors, and partners to clarify technical and commercial requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Team Support: You support internal and external project teams to ensure seamless execution throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: University or technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in energy management, property management, or the infrastructure sector.
- Technical Skills: Proven track record in energy management and the hands-on execution of energy projects.
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder and conflict management capabilities, sharp analytical thinking, sound risk management skills, and a proactive "can-do" mindset.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken English and German skills (at least C1 level required).
At Vantage Towers, we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
