Your contribution:

You develop and implement a comprehensive contractual strategy for SCM-related legal activities across the Vantage Towers Group, ensuring alignment with local markets and stakeholders

You lead negotiations with strategic suppliers and create standardised contractual templates and training materials to streamline procurement activities

You provide expert, timely legal advice on centralised procurement categories and strategic bids

You maintain effective contacts across the business and within Vantage Towers local legal teams to address legal positions and needs

You identify business risks and drive the resolution of legal and regulatory issues, coordinating with local legal departments to maintain core standards

You influence internal decision-making by providing stakeholders with the necessary information to meet commercial objectives while maintaining legal integrity

You foster a culture of compliance and technical excellence by keeping the business updated on legal developments, particularly regarding privacy laws
What makes you stand out:

At least 3-5 years of international commercial law experience (large frameworks, NDAs)

Proven expertise in regulatory law

Experience in contract negotiations and managing disputes

Strong background in C-Level stakeholder engagement

Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (C1)
