Your contribution:
- You are responsible for the conception and independent implementation of recruiting strategies, including operational recruiting (in terms of process and content), as well as streamlining the recruiting process across all VT markets
- Design and implement a new onboarding framework for all markets including managing the onboarding process for all new joiners in Germany.
- Establish a mechanism to measure new joiner as well as candidate experience in the overall recruiting as well as the onboarding process with a focus on continuous process improvement
- Sub-project management of international HR projects related to recruiting and onboarding
What makes you stand out:
- At least 4 years of professional experience within HR, with a focus on recruiting and staffing and HR processes
- A university degree, ideally with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
- Experience in working with multinational and multicultural teams and in managing international projects
- Extensive knowledge of recruiting processes
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as a high degree of empathy and diplomacy
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English (C1)
