Your contribution:

Implementation of the HR Strategy: You act as a strategic sparring partner and change manager for leaders, providing peer-level consulting and actively driving organisational development and efficiency improvements in the corporate functions

Managerial Consulting: You provide comprehensive support to leaders on personnel, compensation, and labor law issues, coordinating relevant internal and external interfaces

HR Process Optimisation: You are responsible for the continuous development of key HR processes such as Annual Review & Remuneration (ARR), budget planning, and performance management, with a special focus on Finance & IT

Collaboration with the Works Council: You build and maintain a trustful, constructive partnership with the works council on all relevant HR topics

Project & Change Management: You lead strategically relevant HR projects, particularly in the areas of change management and make-or-buy decisions

Data-Driven Decision Support: You prepare meaningful reports and analyses to enable data-driven and well-founded decisions in management

Strategic Business Partnering: You establish sustainable business partnering relationships and strengthen organizational effectiveness through targeted leadership consulting
What makes you stand out:

Degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, or a comparable qualification

Several years of experience working with works councils and in collective bargaining; solid knowledge of German labor law

At least 4 years of professional experience in various HR roles with broad expertise across the entire employee life cycle

Extensive expertise in organisational development and change management

Strong ownership mindset, high service orientation, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
-
Excellent stakeholder management skills up to the C-level
-
Fluent in German and English
