Your contribution:
- You take responsibility for the continuous development of high-quality budget planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- You actively shape the future by building new TowerCo controlling structures and establishing efficient interfaces to other business units.
- You provide maximum transparency for the Tower division management as well as for the entire Vantage Towers organization through your analyses.
- You oversee the regular monitoring of CAPEX development and its underlying drivers to eliminate structural risks at an early stage.
- You advise departmental leadership on current developments and propose specific measures to optimize operational results.
- You support specialist departments through active opportunity and risk management and by tracking agreed-upon measures to achieve goals.
- You lead and manage projects while evaluating modification options in collaboration to sustainably increase collective performance.
What makes you stand out:
- A university degree, or a comparable qualification
- 5-7 years of professional experience, ideally within the telecommunications infrastructure sector
- Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships at the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) level
- In-depth expertise in Controlling and Accounting combined with a holistic commercial and technical mindset
- Strong management, prioritization, and organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive cross-functional knowledge and the ability to manage complex projects effectively
- Business-fluent German and English skills
