Your contribution:
- You are responsible for the implementation of Vantage Towers' Ground Lease Bouyout (GLBO) strategy as an active negotiator
- Initiate potential deals through structured negotiations and use all communication channels with our landlords for this purpose
- Responsibility for a qualified initial contact as well as a conclusion-oriented price negotiation, including obtaining the necessary approvals
- Establish and ensure a trusting relationship with the landlords and understand their needs
- Prepare necessary contracts to be finalized and approved by the GLBO team
- Report the negotiation situation to the GLBO team, who will support you in your work at all times
What makes you stand out:
- First professional experience in and basic knowledge of rental contracts and economic-technical contexts
- Negotiating and acquisition skills
- Empathy and potential for conflict resolution
- Knowledge of how to structure conversations and rhetorical skills
- Experience in customer care and acquisition
- Fluent written and spoken German skills (C1), knowledge of English is advantageous
