Role purpose:
Part of the Real Estate team, responsible among others for the relationship with the Owners of the locations where our infrastructures are placed.
Key tasks:
- Responsible for the management of existing framework agreements and the development of new framework agreements with local and national multi-location landlords
- Definition and implementation of renewal actions of our lease in contracts, and assurance of the relationship with the landlords, aligned with the Company's Real Estate strategies.
- Definition and implementation of new operating processes in relation to Site Management, internal within the unit and with our Clients.
- Coordination and monitoring of the agencies that support this activity. Adapt current incentive models to the new environment.
- Participation in the Deployment processes of our Clients in our locations, ensuring aspects related to property management and ensuring compliance with the commitments acquired.
- Market prospecting work that allows to maximize the efficiency of our activity.
- Participate in working groups together with colleagues from other countries from other Group companies with the aim of implementing common projects and identifying and implementing best practices
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Master’s Degree, preferably in Law or Business Administration
- English (B2 recommended).
- Results driven
- Office tools (Excel, etc), PowerBI
- Deep knowledge of the Real Estate sector in Spain
- Experience in managing suppliers or networks of Agencies and teams in the Real Estate sector.
- Experience in managing framework agreements with Owners with relevant volumes of sites.
- Real Estate experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Experience in managing Income Capitalization Projects (GLBO, RoU)
