Your place in the team
The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform, in addition to platform administration. You will be working closely with the business analysts, product owners and the business to ensure that requirements are understood and developed to provide business value whilst maintaining the user and customer at the heart of everything we do.


 You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Participate in all technical aspects of project and solution delivery
•    Analyze the current environment and propose automation whenever possible
•    Transform business requirements into technical solutions
•    Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks 
•    Configure various aspects of ServiceNow (workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules, ACLs, discovery, and so on)
•    Administration of Discovery, CMDB, Change, Service Request, Knowledge, Incident, Reporting, Asset Management.
•    Develop access integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc)
•    Manage upgrade planning and execution
•    Setup reports, notifications and alerts, dashboards
•    Maintain ServiceCatalog and Service Level management
•    Manage CMDB health
•    Take responsibility for operational issues with the platform, liaising with ServiceNow and / or our implementation partner as required.
•    Creation and/or support of integrations with ServiceNow
•    Develop technical and process documentation using the knowledge base module within ServiceNow
•    Works in an agile environment and is familiar with agile development methods
•    Ensures that implementations and ongoing services are delivered on time and meet client requirements


We are looking for you if you have
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills
•    Troubleshooting skills
•    Minimum 2+ year of ServiceNow administration experience
•    ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification or willingness to obtain it
•    Experience in ServiceNow configuration administration and usage
•    Good understanding of ITIL
•    Good understanding of ITSM and related services
•    Experience with configuration management and CMDBs
•    JavaScript, AngularJS and Bootstrap skills and understanding
•    Experience with Web Technologies like XML, HTML and Web Services.
•    At least Bachelor, or Engineering degree in Technology or a related field
•    Fluent in English language skills (verbal & written)
