Your contribution:
- You engage in the future financing strategy and funding activity of Vantage Towers, and successfully negotiate terms and conditions with banks and financial institutions.
- Enable our operations by providing guarantees and supply chain financing.
- You analyze FICC risks across the Group and develop effective hedging strategies.
- Manage an efficient multi-bank account cash pooling structure and support the payment process alongside shared services.
- You create visibility of daily cash balances and manage cash deposits and money investments; you develop cash flow forecasts and effectively manage working capital requirements.
- Administer treasury systems (e.g., Bloomberg, City Financials, and banking e-platforms).
What makes you stand out:
- At least 4-7 years of professional experience in Finance, Treasury, or in relevant areas of a bank
- A university degree in Business Administration or a comparable degree; a completed bank apprenticeship is a plus
- Experience in cash management, risk management, financing strategies and debt instruments, as well as related documentation standards (e.g., LMA, ISDA, DRV)
- Experience in Treasury reporting and regulation (e.g., covenants, EMIR)
- Experience in using relevant systems (e.g., Bloomberg, SAP, TMS, 360T, and banking portals)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Fluent English skills written and spoken (C1), German skills are an advantage
