Your contribution:
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure effective project delivery
- Define Assignment specification, Charter, Requirements & Scope, Change Control & Risk assessment, Resource & Project Time Plan (Milestones, WBS), Quality Plan, Progress Tracking and Reporting, Project Governance
- Identify areas for process improvement within PMO and collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Report project performance metrics to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize projects that align with the company's strategic goals
- Develop and maintain PMO policies and guidelines to ensure consistency and build plans to implement and manage any change
- Provide training and coaching to project teams to enhance their project management skills
What makes you stand out:
- 5 years of experience in project management or a related field, broad mobile telecom technologies and deployment, TowerCo and TIMS experience is a plus
- An university degree in Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Manufacturing or a comparable degree
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Good knowledge on any of ITIL, PMP, LEAN, CMMI, DFSS, CIPP, CRCM, ISO, BPM, SAP
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, JIRA, or similar
- Strong leadership and communication, planning, organisational and decision-making as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent English and German skills, spoken and written (C1)
