Your contribution:
- You guide and develop the experts and specialists in the team on professional matters.
- Train new suppliers for VT acquisition tasks. This includes familiarizing them with the contractual framework of the lease agreements and the project and process management requirements of Vantage Towers AG.
- You anticipate challenges and work out possible solutions before they jeopardize the achievement of goals in day-to-day business.
- Negotiate framework agreements with the big players in the market, the private real estate and the government players in the market.
- Identify candidates for specific land leases or purchases, based on customer criteria, owner interest, and jurisdictional Zoning and/or Land Use regulations.
What makes you stand out:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in mobile site acquisition
- An university degree in a technical, real estate or legal field
- Knowledge of real estate fundamentals
- Excellent negotiation skills even in critical negotiation situations with big players in the real estate area such as housing real estate companies and governmental partners
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and work effectively with limited supervision with tight deadlines and high volume of projects
- Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills written and spoken
